OMG i’m so relieved that it’s coming out. I am a star wars fan, a PC gamer (own a $5000 PC that I built, but no consoles) and i am sick of playing Jedi Academy mods (KoF was OK, but not what it should have been). LucasArts has not released a good game since JKJA, and as the phantom menace won’t run in my x64, i was getting a bit bored. I mean i like playing Crysis and similar games, but every now and then u need awesome force powers and such to keep you interested in life. LucasArts’s inital response wasn’t lazy though. It was smart. Do you know how many XBOX 360s were sold to ppl who will only ever use them for Halo 3? A lot. I know a few of them. I think LucasArts was hoping for a bit of that, as they could have done deals with Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo and gotten greater revenue. Then, when everyone who intended to do that has (ie almost a year later) they say they’ll bring it out on PC, inspiring more purchases than they could have hoped for with a synchronised PC-console release. What’s more, they add a small expansion, so some console owners will buy the pc version too, and some will buy the console expansion. Tonnes more money, which after all is what business is about, so I was upset, but not surprised. I have been hoping for this for ages, so now I’ m happy and relieved!

This is just another instance of this country catering to the LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR!!! LucasArts just shows why the USA is in such a deplorable state. All the corporations, government and people in power cater to the stupidest/lowest level of society so that they can make money rather than advancing society.

Lucasarts can’t afford not to develop games for PC…as you can see. They may say one thing but when they realize the money they are missing out on they HAVE to make a PC version. We pay the most for their games and we have the LARGEST userbase, in spite of the idiot console button-mashing masses.

the game will sell, prolly average on the PC, why? because it was released over a year ago on every console. so if it sells low and piracy is to be blamed then the publishers should look in the mirror and smack themselves.

still glad its coming out on the PC where it should have been released in the first place. my 9800gt back then could have easily run this game, my gtx285 now will probably run it at the highest settings. oh yeah my pc cost around $1100.

$4000 pc? lol, that guy should get the fishing waders award for dishing out the b/s , because it was deep.

Oh yess… now they WILL publish the game after all… is not that the irony? i bet they will complain about the piracy when the game dosent sell…. well take that bitches for complaining about something you probobly dont know anything about…. how could Lucasart gaming advertising coming be so badly informed? sigh, i will defenletly not buy this game when it comes out due to bad ported.

oh and another note? i read another news that the force throw (or whatever it called) was not suported by the PC also (HELLO HALF LIFE 2 ANY ONE?) SIGH.

i have a LAPTOP that cost just over $1400 and even that is able to run GOW, Bioshock, Fallout 3 and just about any other graphics-munching game i can find on the highest settings. i have tried Force Unleashed on Wii, PS3 and 360. the graphics on the Wii suck balls compared to the others but there are lags sometimes on the 360 (minor but still irritating). the point is that even a mid-range PC can handle high-graphics games. if gamers really want to play the game and are having difficulties with their graphics they can either turn it down and accept the lower quality or go out and buy a better computer for not that much. why penalise the rest of us? i am an avid gamer and a loyal SW fan since i was 5, but George I have to say you have let me down.

I’m so upset about all the bullshit excuses Lucas Arts has given as to the reason why they did not make a Star Wars Force Unleashed PC version. I mean common—Not Enough POWER, can there be any more of a BullSHIT evident answer!!??? Yea a computer running $3000-$1,000,000,000 or more or any one who wants to save and build their own using the latest in computing technology would have great performance but that does not mean that average PC gamers are ignorant of what is required of their own systems in order to play such “next generation” games. We happily will go to the store and gather the parts required within our means because WE WANT TO PLAY!!!!! I don’t know about everyone else but I sure go out of my way to upgrade. I’ve upgraded my same computer plenty of times over the last 9 years. Let me tell you LA, I can still run the latest of games……. Regardless if LA is in league with other entities and lying to us by using such reasons as what they have given in order to push the game counsels market—they still win. I’m sure many PC fans will add a game counsel to their home if not already done, just to play STAR WARS—FORCE UNLEASHED because after all, as stated above; WE WANT TO PLAY..!!!!
