After rumors about this very game, EW.com has gotten the first look at Republic Heroes, the newest Star Wars game being developed by Krome Studios for release this fall. Wait, the same Krome studios that developed the less than stellar Star Wars: Clone Wars for Wii (and Force Unleashed for Wii, PS2 and PSP)? Yes, the very same. Republic Heroes is being made for all platforms including PC and features co-op play and a variety of playable characters including Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu and others. Check out the trailer below for underwhelming gameplay footage.
Look forward (?) to Republic Heroes on PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, PSP, and PS2 coming out September 15.
