A new webdoc has been released to Yahoo’s Force Unleashed site. It features Haden Blackman and others discussing getting all the new technology working together in The Force Unleashed, giving us a great behind-the-scenes look. The three new technologies used in Force Unleashed are euphoria, DMM, and one we haven’t heard much about, Havok, which is used to give the apprentice’s Force powers the great force they have.
You can watch and download the new Webdoc from Yahoo Videogames.

um…. i dont know how much of a fan site this is.
but havok is a middleware physics engine that game devs use to simulate realtime rigid physics ingame. half life 2 engine used it as well as a few others. we know alot about it. dmm was also slightly simulated in hl2 but was proprietary. its euphoria that we dont know much about yet, technology wise. amazing as it is.
Isn’t Havoc a game engine??
sorry,Havok*
Might be right, I haven’t heard much about it before this video so I don’t know much about it.
loool Havok has been used in over 150 games.
Chris your such a tard, there is no dmm in hl2. It’s called cimimatic physics and it’s almost entirely animated. dmm is held by lucas arts for only their games till. I think 2009 or something like that.
